An inspection report is most helpful when the findings are explained. Ask which items were checked, what observations were recorded and whether any work is recommended. A summary label should not prevent you from asking about the individual vehicle's condition.
Review the available documents alongside the physical inspection. If you have questions about a repair, service record or other detail, raise them before agreeing to purchase. Keep the explanation attached to the particular car you have inspected so it does not get confused with information about another vehicle.
