An annual maintenance contract is easier to compare when you know precisely what it includes. Ask for the covered visits, parts and labour to be listed, together with the validity and any usage limits. Check what happens if your driving pattern changes or a visit falls outside the plan conditions.
Compare the plan against the maintenance you expect for your own vehicle, rather than another owner's experience. If an item is excluded, ask how it would be quoted separately. The purpose of the discussion is to make future workshop spending clearer, not to assume that every repair is covered.
